Hello everyone, to be honest i don't do any kind of workout & yes that is really bad. Belly is getting bigger, weight going up, double chin is also getting bigger & etc.

I would like to take the first step to begin working out & hope that all the experts here can give some pointers. I would like to start it out at home, I dont have any exercise machine, so what should i do? icon_question.gif

I hope to accomplish the following:

1. Reduce weight
2. Reduce waist line, reduce the fat belly & man-boobs
3. Reduce buttock size
4. Remove double chin
5. Built stamina

What kind of exercise should I start? How long per day?

Thank you everyone.

Try cycling, its the best especially if you are really overweight bcoz its a low impact sport with very little chance of injury unless you fall of coz..

Plus its fun, go explore your neighbourhood, join group social rides, or with just own friends.

Do some form of exercise that you enjoy doing and you will burn fats like never before.

First, you can start to eat healthy. Remove all junk food, sugary food from your diet. While doing that, you also need to incorporate healthy lifestyle. Take a brisk walk in the evening, and try to achieve small goals along the way; for example 1 miles on Monday and on Friday you try to get 1 1/2 miles of brisk walk. Small achievement will let you stay strong on tracks.

Don't do anything extreme like straight away join bootcamp and extreme dieting. Don't! Start changing the lifestyle then you can start for something more serious.

Good luck!

No. That's the problem with this kind of advice. Too extreme.
