It's not a funny question. Many people don't know that processors these days go on variable speed for "Green" purpose.
If you like to see it at full speed all the time, try the steps mentioned. |

Well, nicotine already explained it.
After that TS asked for a 'solution' which I think he's asking how to make it not fluctuate. Getting the clock to be at a fixed speed is the best way to do stability test. |
