shouldn't this be MP-20E or something instead of a new MP number?

QUOTE(unexistance @ Sep 2 2014, 12:42 PM) categorise like that?i thought new MP number only refer to those characters that actually appear/exist in the ori G1 series... any other versions consider a spin-off. the MP-12G also have a new head no? anyway, guess i'll be skipping MP-23 and MP-24 then. save money |

QUOTE(omichael @ Sep 30 2014, 01:57 PM) MP Wheeljack looks perfect to me. yeah... i think so too. never a big fan of wheeljack. he always looks weird to me. but comes to think of it, he's not really a warrior or something, just a science geek/techician/mechanics. so i guess it's ok if he doesn't looks as "fit" as other autobotsFrom my memory, in the G1 cartoon his proportions were always slightly weird compared to the more proportionate Prowl, Sideswipe, etc. |

QUOTE(jhcj @ Nov 18 2014, 03:00 PM) wa bro...100-200 i dont think you can find la lol geez... g1 vintage toys so expensive? i still have lots of them, mostly BIB, packed into boxes in my store untouched since... long long time ago. can't really remember which figures i have also.a complete loose headmaster is around 300-400 in the market now. rarer ones like the junior headmasters even more pricey. hmm, i dont think chromedome is the weakest of the lot. to me the weakest at the moment is X-2 because it's a little fiddly in robot mode. best of the lot, X-3 without a doubt. |

QUOTE(tnsai @ Dec 3 2014, 11:28 AM) Bro, you can share the stuff you enjoy also one mah... I honestly out of the combiner wars was hoping for a good aerial bot team even if I have TFC Uranos but when I look at pics like these. This being 2014 and all... ![]() Nvm that the hands are not hidden. But look at those holes on the hand... Looks like a legends class toy to me. I really can't muster up the enthusiasm to chat about it.. I know some defend it that .. The price is low compared to 3rd party.. I want to point out however that this year alone prior to Hasbro announcing their simple steps transformers (that supposedly will not affect Generations) we had some pretty good deluxe figures that was even cheaper than the current ones we have now.. the original 80s G1 aerialbots have better design alt mode than this |

actually is it not so nice to discuss too much about buying/selling KO stuff here... i mean KO are direct copy of the original with the brand name and stuff... i consider these as pirated stuff and such illegal. i mean it's still good to let others know the difference between ori and KO. but discuss about buying/selling is another story... just my 2 cents |

QUOTE(guarayakha @ Dec 5 2014, 01:22 PM) scale wise i think it's ok. it looks great posing with other MP cars. however, if the legs are abit longer will be even better.i'm more disappointed with the inconsistent of the paint tone used. it's obvious the yellow colour use is of different tone on different parts of the car ala the red in sideswipe |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Dec 5 2014, 01:08 PM) I wonder if KO will kill off Hasbro/Takara business. Anyway, KO definitely kill off any MP-10 scalper price. Good luck to scalpers in Ebay that wanna sell their MP10 at RM1000. well, for scalpers, it's just a matter of willing buyer willing seller. some desperate collectors who are cash rich doesn't mind paying moreAnyway, seldom hear about scalper nowaday in this thread. Last time everyone condemning scalpers. LOL... for KO, what worries me is that some people may be fooled into buying the KO, thinking they got an ori at a near ori price. later just to found out all sort of QC problem because it's KO... |

QUOTE(advocado @ Dec 5 2014, 02:25 PM) Unlicensed product is as illegal as bootlegs. If it's for fanservice it might be ok, but for profiting out of it, well... well, for 3rd party product they don't really need license from hastak cos, unlike KO, they don't carry the brand name "Transformers", nor any autobots/decepticons symbol. they have their own brand and name for their own figure.and like cycheah pointed out, usually they have their own design team to design the different look and transformation, altogether enough to be differentiated from the ori hastak |

QUOTE(hocksoo @ Dec 6 2014, 09:29 PM) Not sure why you guys debating on this topic... I am just a transformers fan who's hobby is to buy transformers toys... whether it is official/ko/3rd party... as long you enjoy it then that's fine enough. well, if u like ko stuff, by all means go ahead. no ones stopping u anyway.Bside, why care so much who own the transformers license... that is business world thing, let the business people handle them. We are just fan, do what a fan do, just buy toys! just that i tot KO stuff is the same as pirated stuff like audio CDs, and pirated software. as far as i understand, this forum do not discuss about buying/selling/trading of pirated stuff. for 3rd party product, i personally feels that it's ok cos they are unique in their own way |

QUOTE(omichael @ Dec 17 2014, 05:16 PM) Shade of blue seems a bit funny. i also wonder what's with the fake wheels... to be G1 toy accurate? why not just do away with the wheel on the feet and be toon accurate?Frame is a lil chunky. Character was never very likeable. Fake wheels on feet look weird. BUT STILL... must buy. ![]() |

QUOTE(kcmy @ Dec 23 2014, 10:04 PM) can't really remember as i pre-ordered long time ago and it was rumoured the final price will be RM800+! cos at that time it was said that the white cab is transformable like MP10 and plus the trailer armor. thus the high price.but now i think the final price is RM400+- |
