Just wanted to clarify (not to be rude), but you can cancel your preorder, PROVIDED you've not paid the deposit yet. Once deposit is paid, no cancelling. I don't know how many unpaid preorders you can cancel until she decides to ban your account (not sure if this has ever happened or will happen, but if I owned the site and found a serial cancelling user, I'd ban..).stock aren't x2o bring in. And yes I did the same too; I asked to cancel an order and put in the paid deposit amount to offset the balance of a different order. She did so but stated it's a one-time gesture of goodwill.
For a local alternative, it is good site. Price-wise, lately I've bought from Actionrobo and Toyercity (both HK-based).
Cheesenium, it's unfortunate your experience was unpleasant.
