Hmm, btw, Noblegate's parcel of land is quite huge. Unsure if all this plot is assigned for future apartments only or could be mixed. So, it depends where are the apartments exactly plotted at. If can see Gentlebre clearly, then the high floor view would be superb, could even overlook Tenderfields and as far as SEH after rainy day? Keklekeke.

Apartment is one of my awaiting creep. Hopefully not so soon than end of next year.
