Agree. Was quite uneasy reading the earlier comment which has element of race there though i am not related to the temple. I rather see a mixture. Bros and Sis of all colors are welcomed to EM.

Yes, racist remarks are intolerable. We are so blessed to live in a beautiful country with so many friends of different cultural backgrounds, some people must stop being ignorant and learn not to destroy the harmony.

Aiyoyo, apparently 'ignore' will keep us sane rclxms.gif

Silent treatment is the best way to deal with rude people, according to new study: People who completely ignore those who are rude and offensive were found more mentally healthy than those who engage with them say researchers at Baruch College at City University of New York.

True. These were ex-estate, hence only palm trees and their anai-anai. I believe not every tree relocation would work as the soil composition would be very different from where it original was. Post construction site soil mixed with gravel would be the obstacle for the aged tree survival.

I like the big trees, but maintaining it would be tough. Paved sidewalk would be uneven over time, tree branch would fall (kena before, dented some parts of the car), attracting lightning, leaves clogging up drains, need to sweep the car porch daily..etc.

But i still like big trees biggrin.gif

Else how to call this "eco" if the scenery is only football field grass and match stick trees?
*
Yes, more trees please. Big and small. EM must invest in landscaping. Majestic rain trees would be nice.

What is majestic rain trees?

Singapore government planted a lot of rain trees along their roadsides and parks. Majestic was an adjective smile.gif

This palm tree is very nice but I suspect it's because the entire lawn is manicured. Actually I prefer more exotic less frequently seen trees. Actually we do have some very special trees with nice foliage and leaf shape but they are seldom seen. I think can find a few at the Lake Gardens. It will be really majestic to have such trees then to match the colonial feel of the past.

Kind of agree with the word 'exotic' smile.gif Formally manicured lawns and trees may not give a majestic feel, it is just my personal opinion.

Your homework really kaw kaw can korek so deep inside. dont go peep the sales girl undie ya hahaha

was told meerydale might be gateless so get cctv. panic button, alarm etc etc wor sounds interesting too.
For own stay really is an amazing buy u wont get this anywhere in kl with that price.  nod.gif  nod.gif

Strong investor can easily buy in these cradleton, merrydale with one eyes close. Think need a bulk of money to backup after vp imagine 3k a mth 3 yrs 100k standby to serve the repayment.
*
Dear Natman, I think the rm3k monthly loan repayment applies to any property investment of the same price range, doesn't it? And who on earth is naive enough not to know that he/she must pay installments if he/she would like to invest in a property w a loan?

I guess u must b a super rich and organized person, because u suggested to put aside a 3 yrs loan repayments in advance... That is really amazing! I admire that. As for myself, sad to say that I'm also not a STRONG INVESTOR by your definition. I'm just want to make some investment with the little money I have. And what I have is only the 10% down payment, the rest will come out from my monthly salary when time comes smile.gif This is the calculated risk that I'm willing to take and happy to take, to invest in a potential property. If one day I have decided not to take any risk, I'll move on to park my money somewhere else, such as FD.

Notice that both credleton and tenderfield's lake view features are being fence up frm residence. Would EM consider to build a small gate with access card so tht residence has the privilage to access the lake features to enjoy the evening nice lake view walk with family. If not i think most residence need make a big round to go out especially the swan lake. What u guys think?
*
Good idea. It is very silly if the residents cannot access to the parks easily. They paid for the properties, should be given priority to enjoy it's beautiful surroundings.
