For this footprint if 2483 sq ft built up is consider amazing but I wonder where the built up comes from. Interesting. If built till the end, and left 22 ft car porch ( min size for space ) and guesstimate 2100 sq ft both storey, thus hope the remaining 300+ goes into car porch area.

However, if that is the case of 2483 sf built up works out, I believe it wont be more than RM 850k, could be im the region btw RM 800-820k to maintain the price point. Or else, 22x75 would be even more scary.

They got the additional built up from 1st floor Balcony and Master bedroom (previous master bedroom size was not max out as staircase is being design from bottom to top floor).
