Dear Natman, I think the rm3k monthly loan repayment applies to any property investment of the same price range, doesn't it? And who on earth is naive enough not to know that he/she must pay installments if he/she would like to invest in a property w a loan?

I guess u must b a super rich and organized person, because u suggested to put aside a 3 yrs loan repayments in advance... That is really amazing! I admire that. As for myself, sad to say that I'm also not a STRONG INVESTOR by your definition. I'm just want to make some investment with the little money I have. And what I have is only the 10% down payment, the rest will come out from my monthly salary when time comes smile.gif This is the calculated risk that I'm willing to take and happy to take, to invest in a potential property. If one day I have decided not to take any risk, I'll move on to park my money somewhere else, such as FD.

Ya, the front row 8 units is sibeh damm good and exclusive, importantly, a row of only 8 units, but there were several units close to the park garden among my selection but I ended up take a 20x70 for lower price point, since I intend to buy another terrace in 2-3 years time.

Jason boss, kecil miow like me only able to aim 20x70 or max 22x70

Unless like Jason boss, and few more strong investors I know with min RM 30k+ income, can straight away get tenderloin or 24x75 or any corner.

Ops sorry, it's a small one for cradleton, tenderfield has a bigger one
Name by Eco World call Swan Lake
Specific terms call water retention pond

But based on the drawing and perspective view looks pretty awesome though

hmm..reasonable price...not overprice product like some area simply lauch at more than 800k for simliar size DSL..

Some hold diff view and think it's not worth for that price given the rather ulu location.

Hey, there have been few events held by EM lately, all are talks for different subject matter. This weekend will be sth diff, lantern festival at EMSO (Sunday) and EcoSky (Saturday) for existing purchasers.

In September, there are few more talks, as usual, once a week. I like talks so long as I learn sth new from there. But other than talks, do you guys think any other good events that can be held too?

nvm...many years ago many ppl think setia alam, sungai long, mahkota cheras kota kemuning also very ulu place..

but now look at these areas..high population with vibrant commercial activities...
