He is pretty certain that Goodview buyers doesn't need to go to klcc. Cos when he sells Goodview to potential buyers, he filters the buyers first making sure he gets a "No" in the following questions:

1) Do you know what is KLCC?
2) Your wife have a lelaki simpanan in KLCC?
3) You work in KLCC?
4) Your kid spends your credit card only in KLCC?
5) Your mistress knows what is KLCC?
6) Have you seen king kong climbing KLCC?

...if he gets all the answer as "No"..he'll sell to the buyer.

Oh well..there are many places ppl work la, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, KLIA.. for example. Not everyone need to go to KL. I stay in PJ and wouldn't need to go to KL unless for wedding dinner.

if this is really for ownstay, and bearing the developers price tag though new launches price are expensive , still doable and sacrificable, but if gonna pay premium price then it may not be good...

hope to see a highly populated Semenyih , even goodview doubt can have so high occupancy untill all the shops are launched and road are opened

Bro I guess you have typo error here- 8C is RM768k. Given that Merrydale is going to launch by batches, I think the initial projection (as below) is still possible when they increase the price slowly.

Jam will be traffic light at saujana impian. Soonest jam at sg jelok junction. If live southern park better work cyberjaya, Putrajaya, bangi or nilai will be best. However those who as sales also no bad, work flexible.

Klcc can stay place lrt facilities. Like kelana jaya

those in semenyih can drive to jln reko and take mrt to kl city. jln reko mrt will be commissioned in august 2017.

semenyih eco majestic project is 10min drive 2 jln reko at kajang. not too far away.

Can't be 10 minute. Even saujana impian lrt station also can't
