I bought the MBA M1 base model RM3,959. It took approx 19 days. Apple delaying on purpose. Processing time was 2 weeks lol. Not my first time ordering from Apple Store. Feels like they intentionally delay.

My hypothesis is they want people to buy the more profitable units such as the MBP Pro 13, Pro 14, and MBA M2. MBA M1 is in stock in stores, yet Apple online store takes 2-3 weeks to ship, same as the MBA M2.

Keep in mind MBA M2's price has increased, and the MBP 13 is essentially "old" with only a new CPU. If I were a business that's what I would do.
