I assume you mean MacBook Air M1, it's RM3,959 on the education store.

Yup this is normal from Apple. Try to check your available credit limit and it should be on hold. The charge will only come once they ship out your product. It happened to me last time too, the charge only came in 11 days later.

I bought during the education promo of free AirPods with Mac earlier in the year. Ordered on the 23rd Feb. 28th Feb received an email saying order was shipped (for AirPods), with the charge on the same day. Ultimately received the AirPods on the 2nd of March. Unfortunately at the time the MacBook shipping was delayed, and they did update me that there's a change to the delivery date. 11th of March I received the email saying it was shipped, and at the same time I was charged. So actually 19 days later, not 11 as my previous post mentioned (for charge). Finally, received it on the 15th of March.

I can't recall off the top of my head, nor can I find it on their website, but yes it was shipped with DHL. Not sure if it came from SG or China.
Also, now that your item was shipped, you should get the charge on your card. It should be under unposted transactions, and it'll be posted about a couple days later.
