You should reverse the mode of business. Cafe came first, console gaming as bonus for people who came to you cafe, play for free. Your main source of income is from the F&B side instead of gaming.

If you still plan to focus on gaming, dont only do like cc style which charge base on hours of playing. You should be focus on selling console/games/accesories. And by then you can have the best of both world. But make sure you calculate the profit margin first

Do consider also the damages caused by gamer, like smack the controller or tv. It is not like PC where you can use cheap mouse or keyboard. A dualshock4 is about rm 180.
