first thing come to my mind is... huge capital (PS console, monitor which is usually big in screen size, n also those games) plus the earning yield is very low %. how u gonna charge for the price per hour? assuming CC is charging RM2/hr if u charging anything more than that i believe ppl wil go after CC instead of PS.

big screen (assuming 32") wil take up lots of space and thus u needed a large shop which the rental wil cut into ur profit. and also i don think u wil prepare normal chair for ur customer to sit there and play and wat u can have for customer to sit comfortably playing PS wil b Sofa. so once again sofa wil b bigger than chair which mean u really need a big shop. unless u only plan to have few PS in the shop but then the turnaround is too slow to recover ur cost.

U really need detail write up plan. but in my opinion it is not doable. anyway wish u ALL the BEST. afterall this is my opinion and it mean no offense.
