Need to get fire joker to pair with my wind oracle now.

Wind Ninja only can get by MS scroll right?
So, currently planning to fuse a Fire Joker for 1 turn bomb blow.

Just got water phoenix from ms

However, my initial arena strategy is:
1.) Speed Water amazon reduce enemy attack gauge.
2.) Wind occult girl despair att% rune 3 hit to all enemy
3.) Fire Joker plan bomb
4.) Wind Oracle blow up bomb

With water phoenix now, how should I change my strategy?
Any input?

I am still having hard time to climb arena though.
Always stuck around 1400 ish.
