this is how effect accuracy look like
-Let's take Water Mystic Witch "Toad Poison" as example,(75% change of success at skill level 1) -Target which the spell is cast at have a effect res of 30% Example) You have 0% extra effect acc. ->Chance of success = 75% - (75/100 x (30%-0%) = 22.5%) = 52.5% chance of success. |
