I think they should make some 4-5 stars obtainable from dungeon raid or level farming.
Even fire Inugami is hard to obtain. I had like 50 fire hounds from Faimon  |

BTW, what is the best 2-3 stars water attack type monster that is good to bring to 4-5 stars? All rounder arena or dungeon.
