If someone within 1 month need a refund, just give a refund, no hassle. The system is not in TS power.

Maybe he was the 5th reseller. So it may ve take time for him to ve provide your with a new password. Now he is back, gv him a chances.

Add: logically is simple. Admin sold to 1st reseller n he sell off the id to one person n a 2nd reseller. N th 2nd reseller sold off to a person n a 3rd reseller n so on.
