I didnt follow up the thread. Sorry if my question have been discussed before.

I tried googling but seems theres no solution or i didnt see any. Thing is after updating to kitkat several weeks ago, the ambient temperature isnt working anymore. I read from other forums that other mi3 user also experience this. Any solution here?

Anyone knows any solution to ambient temperature sensors not working after update to 4.4.2?

App im using is weather signal. Before update the temprature reading was fine but not after the latest update.

I already googled it, so far seems like no one realky cared and some cared have no solution at all. Probably no one ever realized theres ambient temperature sensor on the phone even. Lol.

Thing is i came from 4.3 all is well, then update to v18 suddenly not working, v22 same now v23 same. Various apps like system droid info, weather signal, and temperature free(if im not mistaken) doesnt have temp reading. But actually on weather signal it days phone have temp sensor and even on antutu benchmark says temp sensor supported.

So far none of our forumers here encountered this problem? Or no one really bothered 😑

So havent't been able to follow the thread again. Anyone got any solution for the ambient temperature sensor in the phone not working after moving up to kitkat? And also i wonder if anyone tested the nfc tag. Is it working or not. I forgot to test before kitkat update, but i will check again with more phones on this.
