I still wonder if its really better or just placebo effect, earpiece rubber conform to ears, etc. Coz for a non-audiophile, I just could not detect any audio difference between my Chinese and Malaysian version using Samsung S4.

The external looks might be different but they should still use the same components and design for the same version 2.0/2.1 for all countries.

I gotta admit I am LOVING the AOSP rom. This actually tells us about the potential of custom roms for Mi 3. I hope the kernel is released soon. I don't feel like going back to MiUi. It's just not my type. Did I mention much better battery life compared to MiUi6? haha.
