QUOTE(verx @ Jun 17 2007, 03:45 PM) Source? Today's newspaper, the star sports section, reported by AFPAs far as i'm concerned there's no way to break a contract wihout paying compensation..and I doubt Alonso would want to lose out on his lucrative contract. A simple google search http://story.malaysiasun.com/index.php/ct/...id/257191/cs/1/ http://in.sports.yahoo.com/070616/43/6h243.html http://www.thestatesman.net/page.news.php?...ess=1&id=159816 QUOTE Marca said three other teams could be interested in signing the man who won the drivers' world championship twice with Renault before joining McLaren this season. On Thursday, the Italian media reported that Ferrari was interested in the Spaniard. This post has been edited by karhoe: Jun 17 2007, 05:43 PM |

Not bad Hamilton, can adapt easily to any racetrack
As for Alonso, too bad, possible demotion to 20 for an engine problem |

QUOTE(Creative @ Jul 7 2007, 10:11 PM) wahahah coooooooooool, you know so well about ferrari fans, even i'm thinking of it. majority of them are kids, they are new to f1, they will be cursing others without reason, not only mclaren, they laugh when a small teams fails. very hard to find a proper ferrari fan who doesn't really condemn other teams, even if they want to condemn they'll have a proper explanation, unlike some kids who doesn't know a simple thing about f1 car:p You Mclaren fans are the most mature of them all |

QUOTE(evofantasy @ Jul 10 2007, 10:35 AM) lol swt... He too anxious, he was definitely worried that Raikonen would get the lead when the latter pits later, what else, in front of his home fanshamilton made his first mistake this season in pit stop rite? so he's doing really well to last 9 races with 1 mistake... |

QUOTE(sleepy @ Jul 13 2007, 08:06 PM) From your statement above, I have to salute you. You have definitely proven to this world you're the type who supports whoever wins Please, don't try to act as if you are DAMN mature, I believe what most of us wish is for Mclaren to face stiff penalties if they are found guilty, and with all the proofs that Ferrari got, such as the enginners of both team proposing to honda team, the alleged sabotaging, the espionage, definitely all Ferrari fans will be pissed, so we are voicing that out in our thread.Dont blame them. You should notice that most younger generation is heavily influenced by ferrari particularly schumi because when they first watch F1, they were bombarded with a streak of schumi/ferrari wins Fact is we never made bad wishes to ferrari when they were caught with their pants down. Flexing bodyworks, tyre covers and not forgetting ferrari/schumi controversies over the years. Before the FIA come up with punishments for ferraris, we didnt talk trash like wishing that they got banned etc etc. Anyway, you really dont have to defend those in the ferrari thread Imagine what will you guys say if the FASTER Kimi accidentaly hit the SLOWER Hamilton during the previous track, and Kimi is investigate by FIA, surely you guys will start saying the same things in your thread. |

QUOTE(sleepy @ Jul 13 2007, 11:14 PM) Well, I would say if a faster car hit a slower one, its very likely that the slow one is at fault. Well, at least from what i saw over the years, this type of accident is usually caused by the slower one refusing to let the faster one through. So yes, if that case happen, I will say Hamilton is at fault especially if the speed difference is VERY SIGNIFICANT. I dont give stupid biased judgement ok? Why did you assume I'm this type of person? Unless you yourself is one? We are not stirring up your thread, we just don't like it when you people call us immature, just like when Massa caused Alonso to eat sand few races back, you MATURE people said the same thing tooBtw, I dont have anything against ferrari fans in general. Just ferrari fans IN LYN in particular, are immature. As far as I can see in other F1 forums, the ferrari fans there are far more mature and wont make stupid/inconstructive posts Feel free to continue flaming me |

QUOTE(verx @ Jul 14 2007, 09:21 AM) Firstly...his opinion that Ferrari fans in LYN are immature is his opinion. And tbh it's one that i and many others share. It's not an insult..unless u're that sensitive Oh really? I recalled some immature posts flaming Massa from the so called MATURE mclaren fans on that incident, if only I could dig it from the archive. No point continuing this 'war'. In the end, mod will come in and give a warning.Added on July 14, 2007, 9:24 am Said the same what? The most i have seen McLaren fans say about that incident was that Massa could have shunted both of them out but we accepted it was a racing incident. Did we go around bashing Ferrari like nobody's business? You guys need to stop listening to that Raikkonen cause he's obviously got all of u guys spouting insults like it was candy. Added on July 14, 2007, 9:37 am QUOTE(advanced @ Jul 14 2007, 04:39 AM) lyns ferrari fans are immature?you've directly insulted to all ferrari's fans in lyn,and can you justify your sentence above? It's just the same thing as the 3 year old murdered brutally, there seems to be a strong possibility that the mum and her boyfriend are involved in it, , we are just voicing how angry we are, that is exactly what those people at kopitiam post. So, you can consider them as immature too.IMHO,judging your post you are not against what ferrari fans critism of mclaren but your self, you say ferraris fans(lyns) are immature, posting stupid/non-constructive post, its just an utter excuses/expresses of how you hated what the fact we posted,as you just hated on what ppl criticism on anything related to you, moreover flaming to you, glance at you post ,biased?i knew you were trying to conceal conceits of yourself, This post has been edited by karhoe: Jul 14 2007, 09:38 AM |

QUOTE(sleepy @ Jul 14 2007, 10:17 AM) Hmm, do notice that in all my previous posts, I said "most ferrari fans" here are immature. But for the last post, I missed out that word. This time you really caught me red-handed for leaving out one word that could change the meaning of things by a lot. And for that, I apologize Enough said, I pull out from this 'war' . As you said, F1 is just something to enjoy over the weekend, and I want to make it clear that the way some of us (including me) post at Ferrari thread might be immature, but if you read through, we posted like that because we are merely voicing our anger. Imagine someone is alleged to have sabotaged your favourite team, stole your technical data, etc. Surely, as a fan, you guys will feel angry as well right?Btw, if you read all the previous 2005 and 2006 season ferrari threads, you will find a lot of inconstructive posts To make it more clear, I'm just trying to say that F1 is something for you to enjoy over the weekends. There's really no need to feel sore and angry/hate when things didnt go the way you want for your favourite team, and wishing misfortune to happen on others is certainly unnecessary. Talking bad about others is definitely unnecessary as well. Is it that hard to understand? Seriously, about the Massa/Alonso thingy, I'm still not exactly sure who's wrong and who's right. So I didnt post a thing concerning that incident. It does seem that Alonso was slightly ahead into turn 1, but then Massa was on the inside. Massa got nowhere else to turn. So i guess that type of collision is quite hard to avoid I guess. But then again, I still think its avoidable had Alonso think logically a bit and just let go when the chance of collision is like 80%. Brute force+haste=stupid things happenIf I'm in his position, I wouldnt do stupid things that would cause my position to drop further especially when the competition is so stiff Ok, I apologize to those people that might have been offended by me (sure I did ), let's just look forward to the next race |

Nice racing from both Mclaren, anyone knows what Massa told Alonso? I got a feeling, Massa will take the chair and smack Alonso in his face
