yup, around november with command boost update if im not mistaken.

it has limited skill sets and only until 5m skill point. so really ccp wants players to flood the server if u dont want to pay

and this will replace or modified with the current 21 day trail later on

Nah, it's good enough to play it casually. Of course there's still the limitations of not getting some skill to LVL 5, but then again 5 Million Skill Point is enough to try most aspect of the game. I think. Please correcto if I'm wrong.
