you can create eve acc for your steam acc, then you can use normal launcher while the acc still linked to steam.

got to https://login.eveonline.com, there u can see the login with steam button



once login u can create eve username and password so that it will liked to your steam acc.

u can move your char to steam acc and then use steam to sub.
i forgot the cost though.

eve acc
1 - char a
2 - char b
3 - char c

steam acc
1 - acc d

so u move your char a to steam acc

c. Some power reductions to long range combat alongside the nullification subsystem
d. An increase in signature radius and mass
3. Allowing rigs to be freely removed from Strategic Cruisers without destroying them
