Hi everyone.

Newbie here exited for almost 5 years.. Wanna try Ashes Of Singularity and EVE Online.

I saw that EVE is available in free, standard pack & premium pack.

So, which to start?

Free basically means limited use. You can fly up to Cruiser, and limited to your races. Limited skills and queuing of skills to the limit of most 24h.

I don't know about the standard pack, but premium means Omega which means you can fly every ship ( if you have the skills for it ) and a maximum of 50 queue skills at a time, no time limit.

That's pretty much it I think.

Is this game difficult?

Downloaded but can't register..

Lol Ashes totally different genre than Eve Online. But I play Ashes if you want to play some mp game. Eve learning curves is a bit high, its worthwhile to do some reading to understand the mechanics and avoid unnecessary losses

Kinda? Gotta read up abit on how2make isk and such other than that it's mostly simple stuff. Unless u want to make drugs or something.

Yupe. But watch Youtube and says this game is extremely long like Second Life game.

Pretty much this. You need to check the settings, it's the big E on the far left corner, and then check "Download Everything".

Hello, long time Eve player here from 2007. Trying to get back seeing it's F2P; was a paid solo player back then with a Drake BC running around in Low Sec without a corp.
Haven't played since they upped to F2P, wondering if the free version allows me to fly my old BC (does it fall under cruisers?)

not yet, current alpha state u can only fly ur race ship till cruiser and still no t2 mod. so a caldary can fly a caracal/moa but with limited fittings. search around for alpha caracal fit

Ohh, that's a shame. But fantastic reply. That site is super useful and I get what you mean now. Hmm guess I have to stow away some things...I think I still have my Caracal somewhere, have all weekend to get back to the game again.
