Congrats Lewis for the 1st champion podium in his rookie career and his 5th podium appearance. He is probably the most consistent driver out there.

Great driver indeed.

Alonso is already losing out once he ran over the grass at the start of the race. Seems like his car is having problem after that ....

Despite Alonso which is burden by his teammate's performance,

Lewis is flying out there and in his 1st race in Canada, it is hard to imagine that he can pull off those times compared to his seniors... and the champion tongue.gif

Anyway, McLaren triumph in Montreal, and i guess it was a good show for them.

Sweet ~
Another superb performance by the young rookie driver again. He even went faster at the last lap when P1 time is already set by Lewis, himself.

Lewis has shown that he is indeed in shape to take on the WDC and a back to back victory just prove all of it.

Lewis is one hell of a driver. Remember how he turn his car in the lane towards the pit. Even Martin and James was like Whoa! this kid is treating it as if its on the track tongue.gif

Huhuhu! I really love all this all-around image of the driver's helmets, as i cant really get a good look at it during the race, and hardly before/after the race.

Still, those who wanna envisioned themselves being Fernando Alonso can try to customize their racing helmet to be just like it.

Real kewl! biggrin.gif smile.gif thumbup.gif

A mere test is just a test. We will have to see this coming practice session in France to witness who is to be on the better setup. I still think that the Maccas might have a better car compared to Ferrari because the gap between both of this teams are rather big and it couldnt be dealt with with just a week or two.

Do not forget that the Macca has been constantly active in their R&D compared to Ferrari which has undergo some major personnal changes....

For once, i am so in the liking of how Alonso's drive. He tried all the race long and never gave up.
A bit of a luck on his quali cost him a lot..

Lewis on the other hand was as steady as usual, fast as ever,
I wonder if anything would have changed if he pit in later for his 2nd stop.

Congrats for a McLaren 1-2!
Alonso was spectacular, doing so little laps and yet getting pole.

QUOTE(faris21 @ Sep 8 2007, 09:34 PM)
Fernando really use his experience
i think Kimi still trauma after his accident, tomorrow race is about tyre and engine reliability

Fernando really ditch it out on Monza last night.
He did it swiftly and i can say anything other than the respect for his skills on Italy.
I guess his drought on Italy is over smile.gif
