Strange. My Whatsapp works fine so far. What hp model do you have? Where do you install Whatsapp? It must be installed on phone, not SD card.

Found this info on WIndows Central Forum:
"The same problem happened to me. The tile greys out because there is an app backup going on the background (The backup option found in the settings of the phone and NOT of whatsapp). You just gotta be patient for it to finish backing up( and im guessing that depends on your WiFi/2G/3G/4G speed?). May be a hardware issue. Keep kacau them until it is fixed. That is why I don't buy a hp without a removable battery.

I usually send to the one at Plaza Berjaya. My experience so far sometimes you have to wait long because they do not have the replacement part and have to order it from some where. If your phone is a new model that just recently launch, they may not have the part ready. But if it is an old model, there is a high chance that you won't have to wait too long.

Wow you have the gold colour? Is it true gold or just color? Since they announced it last week, I fancy a gold Lumia. I hope they will sell here too.
