hello guys.. i just got lumia 620 for my mother and its on 8.1 cyan.. here's my question.. everytime someone text her, the ringtone will ringing and followed by "you got a message from ...., read it or ignore?".. is this new features in cyan update? if so, how to turn it off?

when can i get the official cyan? currently on DP 8.1.1.. too lazy to dgrade to black be4 update to cyan.. i'm 620 user btw

hello guys.. my lumia 620 is acting funny recently.. everytime i take out my phone from my pocket it restart itself.. and it restart several time when it was inside my pocket while i was talking a walk, etc.. i know this is not normal but does anyone know why this thing happen?

my whatsapp crashed and i uninstall it. when i want to install it back, it shows error code 80073cf6... help!!!! i used whatsapp almost most of the time

i noticed whatsapp consumed more data after this new update.. usually i only use 3-4mb for whatsapp per day but now i already used 10mb for only 12 hours.. i know it might not be a big deal for someone who got unlimited data plan but for me it kinda cost a bit...
