Anyway I do notice this latest whatsapp update makes the app load faster.

Hmmm for some reason, I find the whatsapp battery usage had reduced as well, not sure if its coincidence...will monitor next couple of days...anyone with similar scenario as well?

need to use it for a few days first before I can tell battery consumption got improvement or not

unless google start to support windows platform properly, then I might get my android phone out to use Microsoft's app

Waze owned by Google, just like they kill off youtube for windows phone, they will never update Waze, we are lucky they not yet ban us using it.

in your HD+ setting, make sure Connection is Online
and inside Map options, there is Traffic Flows setting

but it wont guide you to the less congested route I think.
