hi. this could be a criminal case unless mikelanding voluntarily cooperates. after all, i only want my refund as he accepted payment but did NOT provide any service in return. meaning a cheating case. in any case, you can go ahead and delete this post if its in the wrong place but definitely lowyat.net is now involved. better that you get him to explain matters (in b & w) so that we can have more evidence in place. thks
