To all new players, it is recommended to:

1. Play coop checkpoint modes first. Checkpoint split the map into smaller area per checkpoint, so its a good way to learn maps. Plus, you go against bots instead of person. Kill by bots is not as annoying when compared to be killed by a camper.
2. Play with friends. This game is more enjoyable when played with friends.
3. Play nice. There is a voting system in the game. If you are rude or team killing deliberately, you can be kick.
4. This game is quite unforgiving. You have to be very careful.

There are a lots of server for Insurgency with low pings for Malaysian.
1. Official server by NWI(makers of Insurgency). These servers are cloud hosted in Singapore. They use standard rules by default. Covers all game modes.
2. Brutus server. Singapore custom server. Have stats tracking. Have chat advertisements. Use sourcemod. Have been up for quite some time. Some server have custom maps.
3. SFW Topper. Host 3 PVP server. Use standard rules (no sourcemod). Have been up for quite some time. Official maps only. Server in Singapore.
4. publicENEMY Server (my server). Host coop and pvp. By default, coop servers are set with the highest difficulty. Bot numbers have also been raise. Bot ai have been tweak. Are meant to provide the toughest challenge without cheating aim bot. Discoverable through matchmaking. Some server(coop) have custom maps. Have stats tracking. Have profanity filter. Server in Malaysia.
5. Some other server.

New players are advised to play checkpoint on official servers. Its easier(normal difficulty, no extra bots, no ai tweak).
