too general to do any kind of benchmarking esp on sales, marketing & ads category. It is not well define in which industry be it, FMCG, Telco and etc. Anyway I'm overpaid if compare with the table but in reality I'm underpaid. So how to benchmark?

My job is something between Software engineer and Systems engineer
Mine is pretty much up to the standard I guess (working for less than 2 yrs and basic salary is 2.44K) |
