Are there any? I cant use itunes anymore becoz i lost all my backups . Once i use it everything will be gone .

what you need is a software that can backup or copy your musics, photos & movies from your ipod into your computer again. It's not safe to only rely on the ipod and no backup on computer, its just a matter of time u lost everything in your ipod.
