choosing which type of manager are you is huge. before this, whatever your past background experience already influenced your team perception towards you. now with this manager type, it's going to influence a lot on how you play this game. and now they even has a detailed job interviews. if that's not significant, i don't know what is.

new player roles for tactics is really useful. i'm excited about Raumdeuter. as an Arsenal fan and Arsenal in game manager, this is the best role for Walcott. he's not exactly a winger and he's not suitable playing inside forward on the right wing since he's a right footer.

other new features look more realistic based on the video, i.e. scouting, finance, training. i'm looking forward to these.

i also have been playing FM since CM4. the option on choosing your own managerial attributes is what i've been waiting for since i played this game religiously.

lol always check what kind of agents they are. if they don't mind negotiating and don't mind the fee as long as their client is happy then keep on negotiating. sometimes i just put the player role as first team but salary stuck on 50-60k when other first team regulars receive 80-90kpw.

first few reports scouts will give you 2/3 stars. the more you scout, the higher stars they'll give depending on the player. if you ask report only, scouts will give you 3 stars max. i think that's how scouting goes in fm15.

i really have no idea what to do with this. i've set individual training already but they moaned about not having enough attention.
