My S4 i9500 givin "google services not responding" error. Tried rebooting but still same. Anybody else experience this error?

Tried but stil same. My device status is showing as custom eventhough i have never rooted it.
How is that possible? 

i didnt reset coz got so many things inside oredi lol. my gallery got around more than 2k pictures. using class 10 64GB

reset will delete all my whatsapp and kakaotalk conversations?

copy whatapss folder to external and move back to phone after factory reset before reinstall whatapps..

which way better?

Resetting phone first before updating firmware or after update firmware only resetting? 

* already backup necessary files.

For OTA about 1GB+, i received OTA noticed to download..

Which country S4 you holding? Malaysia Version 9500 or 9505? Maybe yours May???

Oh! 9500...  but not sure why they holding 9500 release..

I noticed there are few drawback after upgraded to Lollipop OS.

- Lockscreen not able to view any missed call, messages notification etc (see attachment below), need unlock in order to know.
- Phone Setting screen and phone screen etc & message setting screen all become White background, (even pull-down notification panel) I preferred Black background.
- Phone fully charged only the LED notification turn Green color, however the battery status indicator no longer show the fully charged icon.
- Calender changed layout, don't like it since fully occupied whole screen.
