Yes, after restored the Fw, everything seems ok already. I suggest you restore firmware first.

Every one has battery drainage issue and never satisfy Joke aside, normally if is battery issue it will not drain over night. So do following checking first.

1. Check what apps is using most of the battery could be GPRS on all the time or some recent installed apps.
2. Check is your battery pregnant
3. If above also ok try factory reset but remember to backup first..

Just bought a Samsung Pro 64GB for my S4 today, but sadly the phone only max out read 50MB/s and write 21MB/s, despite the card spec suppose can reach R:90MB/s W:80MB/s.

My father insist to buy a samsung phone as my mom is using note 2,so both of them can use d same interface and teach each other wat they duno...
I am hunting a problem free samsung phone and end up with S4 lte,S5 & note 3...
S4 is gd with d budget,currently d SME set is stil 3g & octa core? Or they change to 3g quadcore adi?
As i see a lot of problem with d octa-core version & d S4 lte one is gd...
So wana ask for advice from sifus here which one to get between d 3g unit & lte one?
I nid a problem free,or should say problem near to none phone,best if not laggy...
My last option will be note 3 as d problem for note series is alot lesser den d S series...
But budget wise is abit expansive...

any phone/ PC/ Device after running awhile will start to lag that due to disc space, RAM and other factors.

1. S4 LTE version left second hand unit
2. S5 and Note 3 depending on your parent age and if they some thing larger then go for Note 3 otherwise
S5 lo..

by the time reach malaysia, middle of the year already.

I would also dare say that most probably the S4 will get lollipop in mid 2015. Not suprising. Most probably I would be using the S6 by then.

why wait for OTA to reach Malaysia when you can flash custom TW from xda as soon as Lollipop gets out? many of the TW based roms are smoother and tweaked for better performance compared to stock TW.

Bug free? Need to chase for update? Camera good?

even stock TW is not bug-free, yes? also it still uses stock camera so I would say it is as good as stock.

don't even know when will they release lollipop, so still need to wait for custom TW.
