Are you sure its free? The only reason I have not downloaded Skype till now is because I was told you have to subscribe to the service, i.e. pay ringgits, if you are not from the USA. So maybe its free only for Americans, no?

It is free if you are using internet phone to internet phone. You have to subscribe and pay if you use internet phone to line/hand phone
