iPad 4, Why only 16GB in Apple website?

So I was looking around for an iPad 4 64GB Wifi. I saw someone selling in Garage Sales for about RM1380. Looking at the Apple site, there is only the 16GB variant available for purchase. The ones selling outside also have Apple warranty. Why is this so? Is iPad 4 discontinued except for the 16GB?

Apple iPad 4 is being sold as entry level tablet now and hence only the smallest capacity model is available. Case closed.
