I'm here to ask about my xbox 360 cant connect to XBL.

I have Xbox 360 and always fail to connect to Xbox Live.

Idk whether my account is block or what. I subscribed before the 3 months package and managed to play online just fine last few years.

But then I stopped a while and now just trying to get back into GTA 5 Online, so I bought the 12 months subs.

And now when I try to play it can't connect to the Internet. I've looked up already in forum about solution, tried the reset router and and connect back and the clear cache thing, but none of em works.
