Dear All,
May I know which is the best price ratio for Antivirus to be used for Government Agency/Company. Let say more then 50 users. Currently we using Trend Micro Office-scan Corporate Edition and in the mean time using MS Security Essential. Problem to update it's definition as we are behind proxy.

Thanks

Hey there. We use Quick heal end point security at our office and I must say the performance is commendable.

You need Endpoint type of anti virus. Because its the only type of anti virus that allows you to deploy definitions through a server. So means you can d/l the latest definitions from server and update remotely.

I heard it could be 1:2 in terms of pricing. Normally government agency get special pricing from the software vendor. Wah, sure headache if use Trend Micro and Ms Security Essential. How to control? Sure cry if the virus attack. You shouldn't have problem updating the virus database even behind proxy. Just merge these two group of software into one. I am using ESET Endpoint Security in my office. Very small memory footprint, detection also quite good. Not bad. you can read here http://bit.ly/1w4KIJ1

50 user is a small user group. Let me know if you need help. I get my friend to support you lor. smile.gif

Like @netmatrix said, use endpoint is better because easy to manage and control.
