PATCH NOTE (new Update only, 5 AUG)
GENERAL
- Portals to the Treasure Realm can now only spawn in Adventure Mode at level 70
- Goblin rift portals will now only allow players who were present when the portal was created to enter
Greater Rifts
- The Greater Rift difficulty curve has been adjusted
- Players may now change skills, items and teleport to, or in from other locations after the Greater Rift Guardian has been killed
- A countdown timer will now be displayed when you start a Rift of Trials
- Players may now open their inventory while in Greater Rifts, but items cannot be moved or equipped
- Players participating in a Greater Rift are now restricted from swapping items, skills and passives in town until the rift guardian has been defeated
Healing
The amount of Life on Hit granted by items and Paragon points has been further increased
ITEMS
Legendary Gems
- Legendary gems now start at rank 0
- Changes have been made to the frequency at which Legendary gems are upgraded
Note: Because of this change the power of each upgrade has been reduced, but the overall rate at which gem power is gained through upgrades should remain roughly the same
Enforcer
Has been redesigned:
- Increases the damage of your pets by 25%
- Secondary Power: Your pets take 30% reduced damage
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue preventing players from upgrading Legendary gems located in their Stash
- Fixed an issue preventing Legendary gems from displaying their name and rank when socketed in an item
- Fixed an issue that preventing the Frostburn Guantlets Freeze effect from being triggered by Sentry - Polor Station attacks
- Damage dealt by pets will now properly contribute to the Firebird's Finery (6) Set Bonus
- The infinite DoT applied by Firebird's Finery will now properly stack when applied by two different Wizards
- Fixed an issue that prevented Legendary Gems from contributing to the bonus granted by the Crusader passive Finery
Ramaladni's Gift
- Fixed and issue preventing this item from being used on low level items
USER INTERFACE
- Fixed an issue causing Greater Rift portals to display the names of Nephalem Rifts
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that caused timestamps to be displayed improperly on Leaderboards
- You can now properly teleport to other players inside a Greater Rift if you have paid the entry cost
- Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent The Swami's buff from being applied after Archon ended
General
- The amount of Life per resource spent granted by items has been significantly increased
- - These changes are retroactive and will apply to existing gear
- Cooldown Reduction now affects the recharge time of skills with charges

- Legendary power roll ranges will now be displayed on the tooltip when holding CTRL
- Clan news will now display when a player was removed from a Clan and who removed the player

- Fixed and issue that caused the recharge timer to remain on a specific slot when a skill was moved
- Crusaders can now properly view their Life per Wrath Spent in the Details pane
