if it's still under your dad's name, is it possible to renew the roadtax/insurance?
even when it comes to selling, the car transfer wouldn't be possible as well.. unless you use a runner that is, with "extra fees" ?

i'm not entirely sure about this issue though.

so that means after 3 months, the car would be fully paid for and that you will have full ownership over the car? (well, your dad actually).
so if you plan on selling the car, very likely you will need the help of a runner to do the name transfer (cuz they can pretty much settle issues as long as u've got the money to pay for their services). not entirely sure about the roadtax/insurance renewal stuff as the car belongs to a deceased

renewal of road tax can be done by yourself, just take the registration card as well as the expired insurance
and DIY yourself(save you RM50 liow)...good luck, PM me IF you need any help...
