any1 here service their car lately? I serviced mine 15K (Engine Oil + Filter) last Fri at Perringit and was told that I have to pay RM29++ for the oil filter for every 15K, 30K, 45K... I thought it is free all the while. WTF is this? Anyone can clarify?

QUOTE(unitron @ Mar 5 2007, 02:15 PM) please read your service booklet properly before jumping to conclusion. It also help to NOT make you look like a moron in front of the service advisor / techs at the SC. Oh ok thxThey only replace the oil filter FOC if it's stated in the service booklet that they must change it at that specified service interval / mileage. Otherwise it's just written as check oil filter (what's there to check ??). So if you request them to change they change for you, otherwise if you stick exactly to the service booklet, it's FOC all the way. Except maybe they charge to replace the drain plug, which only cost a few ringgit. |

QUOTE(Are_keem @ May 4 2007, 04:08 PM) mine also got power window problem, ur ride also new city 2006? I practise winding bot the back back windows once every weekend. But just started for 1 month ago. Next thing i know, bot also cannot fully go down sigh... If dont use also spoil, now use also spoiled adyright side (front) windows cannot be closed.. it stucks on center, after that it will go down back.. -adios- Going to SC end of this month. Hopefully nothing major Added on May 4, 2007, 4:15 pm QUOTE(Jackie Leong @ May 4 2007, 04:09 PM) the rear ones doesn't go all the way down. I dont know about urs but mine goes up and fully down for all 4 sides. Aiyah nvm la, atleast it still goes down half way rather than not at all. Thx all for reply, have a lovely weekendthe front ones however goes all the way down. but if it show signs of hesitation moving up or down, then it's time to lubricate it.
