Coming from a 16 bit snes 2D era to a fully 3D polygon survival horror game was unbelivable! It is the reason i want a ps1 so much. Maybe it's just me, the real RE1 (neh the PS1, 90s graphics one) gave me shivers even playing in the afternoon (I managed to get it on my PC, playing using a PS2 controller)
The remake is just, judging by the trailer, less scarier. The adrenaline rush is just not there. |
