watched several movies lately... all crap, will not speak about them.

while waiting for alita and captain marvel, i suggest u go for (like the rest of the world)...

GOT season 8, final... the pilot holds all the promises of a great end to a fabulous TV series.

I'm going to try holding out till the last episode is dropped, then clear my schedule to binge-watch.. It's going to be tough..Navigating the internet and IRL discussions without being exposed to spoilers..Waited 596 days for this..What's one more month..

why wait... just watch as it comes out!

I won't be able to stand waiting for the next episode to drop before finding out what happens next... Suffered when Season 7 ended. Don't want to relive that on an almost weekly basis... Screamed at the screen.

Just finished "The Life of PI"

Your comment make me watch this movie... but... hmmm... sorry i give it 2 star max! This is not a good horror film to me.
No way near James Wan movies.

The Silence (2019)



With the world under attack by deadly creatures who hunt by sound, a teen and her family seek refuge outside the city and encounter a mysterious cult.

Half time really good, not sure because of Sabrina or the apocalypse theme. But it's like any netflix movies, after half time, they focus on human conflict with just monsters apocalypse as a background and it feel cheap. Still watchable if you like apocalypse theme movies.




Of course it was no way the level of James Wan movies, but as horror fan, it still watchable what.

Haha! Actually I quite enjoy the show at beginning, but near end it seems rush. So I give it Max 2 star. Haha!

But at least it is better than a new Netflix series "Black Summer". OMG! This series I give 1 Star. It simple waste my time... ...

Ep 1 - Very great, make you want to continue watch
Ep 2 - Still very good
Ep 3 - What psycho story is that! I hate this episode story
Ep 4 - This is alone guy story, he keep running and running and running, he very stupid dunno closed the door but he is survive
Ep 5 - Ok acceptable
Ep 6 - Stupid! No logic! Very very stupid!
Ep 7 - I don't even notice it is ended, very short 25 mins only
Ep 8 - What!!! This last episode make the entire movie STUPID! and this is even short 20 mins only. That alone guy at the end still not able together with others, and he is still running and running and running.

The 1 star I am given for the cinematographer, the entire series had very nice atmosphere and shooting.

Acting wise also good, just the story line is OMG! the writer should be fired! but too bad if fired the writer also means fired this series, because the writer, director and producer is the same person! I hope Netflix don't throw money on this show anymore, it is such as waste of my time watching it... ...
or at least change the writer, John Hyams should stop writing, or at least don't smoke and high during write.
