Does anyone know what is the recommended full synthetic oil viscosity for Nissan Latio, to achieve best FC?
I was mistaken, you have a Latio, I don't think it is meant to run 0w-20 engine oil. Anyway, try finding 5w-30 or 10w-30, they should help with fuel economy.

Thanks shifus for the reply, I don't mind too up abit if there's a clearly difference compare to my current engine oil. Roughly how much eh and which brand is good and fulfilled my requirement ? 👏🏻👏🏻😀
Like Chemistry said, Perodua's 10w30 or 5w30 meet your requirements. If you want to try something else, use Eneos, Honda engine oils or Bosch engine oils. If you searched hard enough, you may find these brands in semi-synthetic bottles for less than RM100, at spare part stores or online.
oil filters for Asian cars were going for about RM5 each, along with some other stuffs which are mostly replacement parts, not performance parts, and mostly for Asian cars.
Is it worth coming? Are items like spark plugs and air filters cheaper than usual?
One fb user posted that lots of items have limited quantity despite coming early.
Sifu sifu sekalian, I am currently using normal oil caltex 15W-40 on Hyundai Accent Year 2006 and experience some oil loss and also rough engine noise when pick up. Before using this oil, this car was using 10W-50 oil (forgotten the brand) and also experience a lot of oil loss too. Before and After servicing, there is no oil leak or anything.
May I know what could be the problem and what would you guys recommend for my next oil change? Thank you!

For your next oil change, try using the same engine oil along with the Bardahl B2 additive like alphaz suggested or another oil burn additive. Try that first.
Just flushed atf oil and put fully synthetic AMS OIL RM70 per Litre
Total put 6 litres, so really burn my pocket already.
Next service better buy online
AMSOIL atf! You must be an enthusiast
Anyway, try finding the original Proton SPIII, or Mitsubishi DiaQueen SPIII. Otherwise, try to find a multi-vehicle ATF with SPIII specification on it like Idemitsu ATF. The ones I noted for you are around RM100 for 4litres, but still way better than RM70 a litre right?
I'm not lol. Because just bought the Persona (second-hand car). And upon inspection the ATF oil is dirty as hell. So wanted to take the best for first service. But at least now I feel better knowing money is well spent?hahaha
The proton SP III is cheap but not synthetic right?
The Mitsu 10w30 is mineral, I've seen the bottle before at AEON. The Mits 5w30 is semi. Between the 4, I'd pick the Nissan bottle... or maybe the Sukimi 10w30 or Bosch 10w30 on lazada. But it's your call

where can buy perodua green 0w20? last time i went their SC want to buy engine oil (to test their 5w30 semi-synthetic), but they require a Perodua car number plate and mileage in order to proceed, end up getting a friend's myvi number plate.. so much hassle. maybe to buy the 0w20, i will need a bezza or axia number plate...
Did you check the engine oil out on Lazada? Or try finding near your local sparepart stores or workshops, they should have it for around RM100.
Ah I see. Same here, except for hard to get cosmetic replacements I've always sent it to the same outside mechanic since warranty ended. Thing is, he's getting sloppy the last few times I sent for maintenance and making me think of other things that may have gone wrong that I don't know about. Hence the thought of sending back to SC for a good engine look over and fix. Currently using ENEOS fully syn oil. Fishing if there's a better one. For yours, could you specify which particular bottle/brand? Thanks
I am pretty sure he is talking about the golden-red Honda 0w-30 bottle.
