Nurturing young talent > young talent become top class > another big/rich club with ambition eyed on the young talent > young talent leave club to achieve trophy. The cycle will never end.

Sigh, its sad to see Reina leave, until today I still prefer Reina over Mignolet, its not fair to Reina, when he only have 1 bad season then everyone trying to erase him. He's a good stopper like Mignolet, but he possess the distribution skill which not many keeper have.

And Suso too, another young talent that going to be wasted, I can foresee that once he reach his peak during loan spell, there will be many club looking for his signature.
