I cannot remember but you get a total of 2x? 1.5x? of your current cost and you can field 3 teams.

Once a team dies then the other team will show up to replace. Items however are fixed across 3 teams.

Mono thunder has the biggest advantage of course. Status ailments are a problem so removal/immunity is good ( although I did it without any) but not required. With the release of Grah, taking him as a friend will help alot.

On JP I did Karl with 5 maxed serins + selena lead (SBB heal).

total 3 squad cost is double your current cost.

i used this setup last time. 1 squad only. You can always use Royal Dancer May if you don't have any other healers. She's a good substitute. Only guard with her, never attack.


Elsel - Sacred Jewel (Lead)
Rashil - Flesh Armor
Elimo - Flesh Armor
Holy Eze - Soul Spear
Zeus Bow Loch - Holy Blade
Holy Eze - Sacred Jewel (friend)

Only Elsel is max level in this party.

that eze..i really want but never had chance to get one..

btw i always wonder which one better for boss fight aoe bb/sbb type or one target type?

If boss is alone, single target BB usually has higher damage multiplier and recharge faster also.

I got 3 serins captured ... but no selena ... mono lightning won't get wipe out by karl's earth element AoE atk? @@
Still no confidence on fighting karl ... but really desperate for Grah...

Saw in fb there is a new event coming out wif vargas picture on it. Dunno what event is about......

Should be legendary vortex. 1 for each of the starter, vargas, selena etc. permanent vortex so take your time and defeat them.

Got any item to get after defeat him?

After google a bit , it say can get 1 gem as usual , then vargas sphere O.O

but they also mention it even harder than terminus A LOT.
