A few things to note. Barthilas is a pvp server. Some people totally hate pvp server. Imagine you are in the forest happily grinding mobs to lvl up to 100, then out of no where one guy break from stealth and kills you. Then you walk back to reclaim ur corpse. In 2 seconds, that same guy came out and kill you again. That's pvp realm. Of course u can hit him back. If you are the type that enjoys this, then Barth is not bad.

Second, Barth is medium population, total bout 9k toons. And is horde heavy. If you like horde, Barth is not bad. Not many guild about PVP, mostly PVE guilds, but there are some PVP guild around. There are a few really good raid teams in Barth, mainly australian based. If you like Alliance, frostmourne is the way to go, 26k population there, much bigger, mainly due to the split is more even, 1:2.5 ratio, alliance heavy. My exp with alliance in frostmourne is that for PVE, Barth has got less players, but more good players in Barthilas. Also, if you join frostmourne, when WOD hits,, you are very likely not able to log on due to server population constantly full.

If you prefer US realms, try stormrage and illadan, big population server with many good raid teams.

Definitely recommend Ruin for anyone looking to join a fun yet competitive guild, just joined less than a week and I'm already having a blast, good attitudes towards progression and a willingness to help each other out

So far in barthilas is pretty peaceful and raids are good, many good mix of malaysians around.

but on the note one week in mythic after filling our ranks we have progressed to 11/14Mythic !!

greetings ruin! dps warrior looking for a stable hardcore guild with awesome raiding hours such as yourselves. unfortunately seems like you're pretty much full on plate dps, but appreciate if you could at least consider me if suddenly there is an opportunity to make core raid position.
just finished mop in a casual raid, fully geared myself up to 573 through heroics (normal dulu). guild went to 4/14 mythic but lacked commitment to pursue garry post nerf.
if given a chance i will be very active and attend 100% of the time.
again, i know this is a longshot, but i really2 want to see this expansion and enjoy mythic bosses all the way this time.
