Taobao, like what you mentioned, phone might stucked with customs. normally I'll ask my friend to help bring it back for me. Direct shipping a bit risky. Too many chance for the phone to be stolen. If I'm not mistaken the shipping company will only compensate you 3x your shipping cost which is far less than the phone price.

just installed 3.66. check 8#06# and my imei 1 and 2 still intact 

This model already appear quite awhile already wor, known as weiwu 3 in china. Now only appear in local market? Its just a budget model on snapdragon 615 only.

If willing to pay slight more, I think its better off with letv 1s, since its just 100 rmb more compare to this zte model in china, and thinner also
