I think it best you go to the police station to confirm lah, if the photo and IC really belong to this Koperal Kumaran with this police ID. If yes, then, ok lor....if not, then, you can lodge a report say this fella is bogus police

there will be a police id printed behind your i/c if you're a law enforcement the code will be like RF/XXXXXX or G/XXXXXX and so on.
