RM4 charged for adding debit card on Google Play

Just a question, i was charged RM4 x 2 = RM8 for linking 2 different debit cards in Google Wallet so i could use the cards on the Google Play Store
Is this just an authorization charge?will i be refunded this RM4? |

yes, usually 1usd per card, will refund in 2-3 days

Dun worry, got charged many times on my cc before, these charges will not appear on your statement at all..
